🇫🇷 Customs Information for France
TechVisio selects products shipped from various warehouses around the world, particularly in Asia. Here's what you need to know about customs procedures:
Orders under €150
Since July 1, 2021, the €22 customs exemption has been abolished in the EU. However, for orders under €150, VAT is generally collected at the source via the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. In this case, no additional fees are payable upon delivery.
Orders over €150
For orders exceeding €150, customs duties and French VAT (20%) may be applied upon entry into French territory. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the carrier or French customs.

Procedure in case of customs hold
If your package is held at customs, you will be contacted directly by the French customs service or by the carrier. In this case:
